My Review:

This is a popular tent that provides comfortable accomodation for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The is 3 season and all purpose which is an added benefit. There was an issue with minimal draught coming through the tent even though there is a bigish gap at the front, I believe now there is a skirt around the flysheet to stop the draughts. The living area is plenty big enough to sit around a small table with chairs. The tent it lightweight at around 8kg and can be carried in a backpack. Although Wild Country specialise in tents they have a sturdy and durable range of family tents as well. The only disadvantage is that their tents tend to be inner tent pitching first, meaning pitching in the rain can be a problem. However this is overcome by the quick pitching time.

The Camping and Caravanning Club’s popular ‘Your Place in the Country’ guide has adopted a new travel size format for 2010.

The popular 2009 guide now has a new format for 2010 but still features 176 pages packed with information to help people enjoy their experience and make the most of the . It seems that years of questioning from members as to why the Club doesn’t produce a pocket size guide has led to this smaller, lighter book being produced that is easier to store when travelling around the country. “So we’ve taken their comments on board and revamped the guide accordingly. We hope campers like it.” Sites director Bob Hill. The guide features all 110 club sites included the eagerly awaited new site at Gulliver’s Milton Keynes.
